Those domains are then weighted the way the real SAT weights them — so the parts that carry more of the test carry more of your estimate — and the result is mapped onto the 400–1600 scale and split into a Reading & Writing read and a Math read. Early on, with only a few answers in, the band is wide and marked "calibrating." As you answer more — especially across domains you've been avoiding — the band narrows, and a full-length adaptive mock pulls it tightest of all because it mirrors the real test's timing and adaptive routing.
